Rockport-Fulton Shopping Tournament

The next time someone says to you, “There is nothing more American than Apple Pie,” you tell them, “Um, I don’t think so. There’s Competitive Shopping.” And the Aransas County Women’s Lions Club is doing it up big.

Experience a day of shopping with friends, amazing discounts, costumes, prizes, food, and zany fun. Dress in costumes for a “Team Theme” and compete for prizes as you shop.

Team totals will be tallied based on various criteria: Best theme team, best costumes, best spending, big hit spending, and more. There is even a FAQ that lays it all out. And of course, the organizers don’t want to send you out to all those racks on an empty stomach, so the whole shebang starts with a Kick-Off Breakfast and wraps up later that day with an Awards Party, both at the Saltwater Pavilion on Rockport Beach.
