National Shrimp Festival
It’s back for its 51st year! Come spend four shrimp-filled days on the beautiful, glittering beaches of the Alabama coast!
The Annual National Shrimp Festival is four days of food, art, music, and fun. Two music stages run non-stop on opposite sides of the grounds showcasing local and regional performing acts. Vendors fill the beachside with seafood dishes, paintings, photography, sculptures, homemade crafts, and unique gifts. Festival season also features 5K and 10K runs, a sandcastle contest, and the Miss Shrimp Festival festivities.
The best part? Admission into the Shrimp Fest is free.
A tradition in Coastal Alabama since 1971, The Annual National Shrimp Festival is a project of the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber and the hundreds of volunteers who make up all different aspects the community!
