Texas SandFest 2024
Calling all sand-enthusiasts! If you love sand castles, then Texas SandFest is the best place in the world to see some of the best sculptors ever! You’ll love the soothing sounds of the Texas Gulf Coast as you leisurely stroll amid amazing feats of art and architecture. Master sculptors from all over the world go to Port Aransas, Texas to make pure magic.
In addition to the amazing sand sculptures, there’s food, live music, kids’ activities, vendors offering arts & crafts, apparel, jewelry, furniture, souvenirs, and more. And it’s all to raise funds for local charities and scholarships for high school students.
Be sure to look for Get Dirty and Play in the Sand! They host an Amateur contest for all ages. This is everyone’s chance to show that you don’t have to be a master sculptor to get your hands dirty and create something wonderful out of sand. Check out the tons of other great vendors on the beach selling all kinds of things you can’t live without. Texas SandFest takes place on the beach between mile markers 9 and 13. Make sure and get to the beach early, because parking fills up quickly and the road gets packed.
