Texas Crab Festival

Boogie on down to the beach this Mother’s Day weekend for family fun at the 39th annual Texas Crab Festival in Crystal Beach!

Enjoy a full weekend of music, art, and crabs with live Gulf Coast music; contests, games and a 5K run; vendor booths featuring arts & crafts, jewelry, clothing, fishing gear, and more. Plus, of course, a tasty selection of local seafood and festival favorites!

Check out the Crab Gumbo Cook-Off and Crab Legs Contest. Bring your beach chair to soak in the live music from a lineup of Texas Gulf Coast favorites, including New Orleans Jazz Fest legend Wayne Toups, Big Jordan, Roger Creager, La Mentira Norteña, Texas Flood, and the Galveston Ukulele Society.

All proceeds benefit Texas Crab Festival Charities, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to increase educational and career opportunities for Bolivar Peninsula and to further the goal of “turning the tide for a brighter future.”
