Red, White, Blue, and You! 4th of July Celebration
Exciting plans are underway as the City of Lake Charles, Coca-Cola, Visit Lake Charles, and Entergy present the city’s popular, annual family-friendly Fourth of July event. Red, White, Blue & You includes a free, patriotic community concert and a salute to the Armed Forces followed by fireworks over the lake that will begin after sunset.
Spectators are encouraged to bring their picnic blankets or lawn chairs to the lakefront amphitheater to enjoy all of the festivities and food trucks. If inclement weather prevails, the program will be moved to the Civic Center Coliseum.
The fireworks show is choreographed to music and played on speakers along the lakefront as well as simulcast on KBYS McNeese Radio 88.3 FM. Spectators can tune in from their car radio or listening device for the fireworks show.
