Polar Bear Plunge – Pensacola Beach

Dive into 2023 at the Polar Bear Plunge on Pensacola Beach. This year’s event takes place at the signature spot, Paradise Bar & Grill. Hundreds of dippers and spectators – many dressed in costume – flock to the beach to participate in this long-standing tradition.

Registered participants will receive a Polar Bear Plunge T-shirt. The Cub Club is available for 5th graders and under. All proceeds go to the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce to fund events on the Island.
