Patriotic Evening in Inverness
Hooray for the red, white & blue! The City of Inverness presents the annual fireworks show over Lake Henderson! The City’s lakefront parks are a great place to watch the fireworks display and support the local nonprofits while you’re at it. This is a rain-or-shine event.
Head to Liberty Park to enjoy live music by “Good Ol’ Boy” Hayden Coffman and headliner Parmalee. Dig into cold drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ, and more, available for purchase. Or enjoy the evening downtown at local restaurants and pubs.
Locations to bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy the fireworks:
• Liberty Park
• Depot District
• Wallace Brooks Park
Prohibited items: personal fireworks, tents, tables, pets, coolers, alcohol, and personal grills. Boats in Lake Henderson must keep 350 feet from the fireworks barge.
