Local artists will donate an item for a raffle! Tickets may be purchased during The Nightmare Before 12th Night Pub Crawl & Block Party the night before (Dec. 9) or during the art market. There will also be three Nightmare Before Christmas-themed signature throws from some of your favorite Mardi Gras krewes!
