Key West Mermaid Festival 2023

Come swim with mermaids from around the nation and take over the enchanted island of Key West. It’s four fin-filled family-friendly days of mervelous mermaid merrymaking! Key West is simply over the waves to raise awareness of the need to protect oceans and salty shores in such a fabulous community fest.

Immerse in mermaid meet-ups, sail outs, swim encounters with the festival’s mermaid pod, ocean-themed parties, parades, donuts with Arie & Prince Eric, a documentary, a live Mer-mingle, and so much Merrrr!

King Neptune kicks the whole thing off. And this year, hang out with the mermaids for holiday fireworks! A portion of festival proceeds benefits Reef Relief’s efforts to protect the coral reef ecosystem.
