No Dream Deferred NOLA closes out the inaugural We Will Dream: New Works Festival. Come celebrate at the closing fundraising event, the Juneteenth LIBERATION BALL.
On Juneteenth proper, Monday, June 19, come for a night of delicious food, an open bar, live entertainment, and a silent bidding. This event will honor Chakula Cha Jua, Karen-Kaia Livers, Lance Nichols, and Zardis, and Multi-Award Winning Playwright Erika Dickerson-Despenza. The guest speaker will be the 2022 Pulitzer Prize Winner, James Ijames.
