Freeport Mardi Gras Festival
A parade, Gumbo Cook-Off, King Cake Eating Contest, food vendors, family fun activities, and live entertainment all await at the 2023 Freeport, Texas Mardi Gras Festival. The event will take place in Historic Downtown Freeport Memorial Park and is hosted by Freeport Main Street in partnership with the Freeport Economic Development Corporation and the Freeport Historical Museum & Visitor Center. There is no entry fee. However, wristbands for All-You-Can-Sample-Gumbo are $10, cash only!
