Freedom Fest in Punta Gorda

It’s a special day, loaded with nonstop entertainment for the entire family! The event features Water-Mania, a group of 12 giant waterslides of all types and sizes for all ages. Plus a large Kid’s Fun Zone, vendors, displays, unique shopping opportunities, and plenty of fun festival food, cold beer, and bevvies.

Rock out with live music, featuring the Countywide Band from Kentucky bringing a high energy show to entertain the crowd right before the fireworks! Nashville Recording Artist Jason Brownie & the Highway 17 Band will give a special performance right after the fireworks with their brand of hard drivin’ country music.

The evening revs up with the Color Guard, National Anthem, and Flyover. Organizers promise the most spectacular fireworks display in the event’s history. Due to damage from Hurricane Ian, for the first time the fireworks will be launched from twin barges located in front of Laishley Park! The sky over the Peace River will be lit up in an event to remember and enjoy for the entire family.
