Fort Velasco Day

Fort Velasco Day returns to the Freeport Historical Museum in June.

This award-winning program is back for its fourth year, commemorating the 1832 Battle of Fort Velasco. Living historians and heritage organizations from across the state will show visitors what life was like during the tumultuous years leading up to the Texas Revolution.
