FLLuxe Arts Festival
Cities around the world have created festivals for murals, street painting, projection art, light installations, and music. But no one has combined them all into one big arts festival. FLLuxe Arts Festival combines music, street chalk installations, artisanal vendors, local food, and more.
Residents have wanted murals in downtown historic Panama City for a long time. Flluxe will jumpstart mural creation using local and artists from neighboring states to create murals that will bring art-loving tourists to town to watch their creation and see the finished artworks. Bay Arts will work in conjunction with Public Eye SOAR and Destination Panama City.
We will also be working with local singers and songwriters to include live music throughout the day and into the night.
