The Cooter Carnival features strolling acrobats, free face painting, food trucks, and tons of carnival games provided by local Citrus County businesses. It’s all part of the City of Inverness’ aim to reflect their motto: “Small Town Done Right” in collaboration with Twistid Arts Initiative for the month of Cootertober.
