Black History Month at MGCCC

Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College will celebrate Black History Month with events scheduled throughout the month of February. Events are planned at the Harrison County, Jackson County, and Perkinston campuses, and the George County Center.

The month’s events explore, recognize, and celebrate the central role African Americans have made in U.S. history. Events include the Black Like It Never Left art exhibition, the Think Fast Game Show, poetry contest, musical performances, photo exhibit, trivia night, and more!
