Billfish Pachanga

The Billfish Pachanga is an exciting Port Aransas fishing tournament targeting blue marlin, white marlin, and sailfish. All fish in those divisions will be released. Target “meat fish” which may be brought to the dock for weigh-in are dorado, wahoo, tuna, and swordfish. The tournament is limited to 40 boats, so sign up early.

This year folks may enjoy three hours of live music: It is sure to be a Pachanga with Jason Bolland & the Stragglers and headliner Charlie Robison performing!

The mission of the Billfish Pachanga’ is to further Sportfish Science and provide opportunities for deserving students. Thanks to the success of the 2022 tournament, Billfish Pachanga donated $25,000 to the Harte Research Institute for Sportfish Science, $20,000 to the Port Aransas Scholarship fund, and $5,000 to the Billfish Foundation.
