Allstate Sugar Bowl NYE Parade

This traditional Mardi Gras-style parade happens on New Year’s Eve with floats, bands, and other features, entertaining fans prior to the Allstate Sugar Bowl. The parade will begin at Elysian Fields & Decatur, headed toward the WDSU stage on Decatur Street inside the Jax Brewery parking lot, where WDSU will set up for live coverage of the parade. The parade path proceeds through the French Quarter up Decatur Street along the Mississippi River, passing iconic landmarks such as The Old US Mint, the French Market, Cafe du Monde, and Jackson Square, pass the Allstate Fan Fest, and wrap up on Canal Street.

The WDSU broadcast will also be available online for out-of-town fans to enjoy all the excitement.
