Vicki Lawrence & Mama: A Two-Woman Show

Actress, comedian, and singer Vicki Lawrence may be most known for the many characters she launched on The Carol Burnett Show. Thelma Harper/Mama might be the the best known of them all. Makes sense as she reprised the role for the hit sitcom Mama’s Family.

These days, Lawrence is currently rockin’ the rockers in the retirement-comedy show The Cool Kids, with David Alan Grier, Martin Mull, and Leslie Jordan. She fits right in as part of a rowdy, rag-tag group of friends living out their best years, willing to break every rule in order to have fun.
