Turtle Fest

It’s turtle time – a whole weekend of everything Sea Turtles! Join Alabama State Parks for Turtle Fest at the Gulf State Park Pier.

Come learn about the sea turtles that live in Gulf of Mexico via area area naturalists: Participate in pier walks, observe a sea turtle nest demo, play games and a solve a scavenger hunt on the pier, plus other Sea Turtle educational programs and activities. Keep an eye peeled for some amazing wildlife swimming around the pilings.

This outdoor family-friendly event is sponsored by Gulf State Park in partnership the Alabama Coastal Foundation and Share the Beach. Come check it out and learn all about sea turtles and so much more.
