Summer Bird Camp in Lake Jackson
Since June of 2012, Gulf Coast Bird Observatory has hosted a Summer Bird Camp for youth, ages 8-11. Each day of of this weeklong camp features a variety of outdoor learning experiences including bird identification, nature walks, art activities, a beach day, and more.
Camp has been a success, and the folks at GCBO look forward each summer to having a great group of campers. Scholarships are available.
