You may have heard of shoebox float contests at various Mardi Gras celebrations – the junior mints of parade floats. But don’t think for a minute that these li’l tikes are lacking in glitz and glam and beads. They have all of that and more… but fun-sized. Check out the “The Biggest Little Krewe of Mardi Gras” in Galveston (or anywhere, for all we know).
