National Travel & Tourism Week in Beaumont
For the folks at the Beaumont Convention & Visitors Bureau, tourism is their work and their passion. Each year in May, they team up with the U.S. Travel Association to celebrate National Travel & Tourism Week. NTTW takes is a collective effort to promote the power of travel through customized events in communities nationwide. The goal is to enhance the country’s economy, security, and perception, and recognize the cultural and social benefits created by travel and tourism.
The Beaumont CVB gang invite you to come by the CVB office to grab a postcard from the lobby, and send it to a friend or family member! Invite them to come spend the day or the weekend in Beaumont.
Explore all there is to do:
Hold a gator at Gator Country or kayak the Neches River. Grab lunch from your favorite restaurant or take a meal to the park. You can stretch your legs at Cattail Marsh or hike The Big Thicket. Enjoy free art at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas or get educated on local history and culture at any of the other area museums and attractions. Whatever you do, all times lead to good times in Beaumont.
