Mobile Porch Parade
Adjustments born out of COVID restrictions have made for some fine new traditions. The proliferation of porch parades and house floats – private yards made up like Mardi Gras floats for the enjoyment of all who pass by – is making its mark and just may prove to be an ongoing feature of future Mardi Gras. Mobile’s has its own site with maps and even a fundraising book from the 2021 season.
