This outrageous 10-day costuming and masking celebration features flamboyant masquerade competitions including a headdress ball, painted bodies, exuberant promenades, a coronation, street fairs, Witches in the Hammock, cabaret drag, one for pets, and a grand parade that stars marching groups, island-style bands, lavish floats, and so much more that you can shake a wig at.
