Gulfport Peace, Love & Pride Festival
The Gulfport Peace, Love & Pride Festival 2024 is being planned right now by ProSistersRadio and co-sponsored by the City of Gulfport. The original “Gulfport Pride” Festival is about more than LGBTQ+ Pride. It’s about hometown. It’s about the community’s diversity. Everyone is welcome here. This Festival is a celebration for everyone!
Gulfport, Florida is small but mighty when it comes to granting equal rights to LGBTQ residents, employees, and visitors. According to some estimates, 30% of Gulfport’s 12,000+ population is LGBTQ. LGBTQ residents have played a major role in City government and community development for decades.
Come early and stay late for this all-day music festival. Local bands and musicians will provide live music all day on the Gulfport Pride festival stage. From noon until sunset there will be dozens of vendors inside and outside the Historic Gulfport Casino.
Live music lineup includes: Elysian Sex Drive, The Bitesize String Band, Anarkitty, Wicked Muse/Vibe Check, the Rhythm Inya, Keith Bonvie & Greg Foley, Eddie Kusar of Temporary Sanity, Ziggy Dotman Plays Bowie, Colleen Clark, Lynn DiVenuti aka Bluesmama, and the Gulfport Gecko Amalgamated Marching Band.
