Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Festival
Sea Turtle lovers – come out of your shells and unite! The Florida Coastal Conservancy and Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center invite you to the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Festival on Sunday, July 2. The Festival happens at George Core Park overlooking St. Joseph Baywith music, food, beverages, and a Sea Creature Parade that will take place rain or shine.
The purpose of this event is to educate attendees about sea turtles and the importance of the coastal habitats they and many other species call home. In addition to raising environmental awareness, this event serves as a fundraiser for the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, located in Port St. Joe.
