City of Gulfport 4th of July Celebration

It’s a full day of red, white, and fun in Gulfport, Florida.

Wake up early and bring the kids to the Gulfport Marina’s Fishing Derby at the Michael J. Yakes Recreation Complex on the seawall. Then, the Free Family Sand Sculpture Contest happens on Gulfport’s very own Municipal Beach. The theme is “Patriotic,” so bring your own tools and supplies.

Later in the day, welcome local businesses, organizations, family, and friends in the City of Gulfport Independence Day Parade. Bring your red, white & blue, and have fun celebrating the 4th of July! The best viewing location is directly in front of the Casino, where you can also catch live music from the New Horizons Band.

A phenomenal fireworks display will launch from the Williams Pier at night. The best viewing location is Gulfport Beach.
