This year’s theme: The Pearl of Louisiana! The Amite Oyster Festival brings three great days of delicious food, heel-kickin’ music, Reigning Royals, carnival rides, and much more, all to raise awareness about coastal protection, to share favorite dishes, and to show the local oyster industry some love.
