Alabama Coastal Cleanup 2023

Are you looking for an opportunity to get outside and do something that benefits the environment and the community? Get the Trash out of the Splash! It’s time to get outside with family and friends in order to gather and participate in the annual Alabama Coastal Cleanup!

Locals, guests, friends, and visitors alike are invited to pitch in and help clean Alabama’s coastal waterways and beaches. Take part in the state’s largest annual volunteer event as you clean neighborhoods, local parks, streets, and storm drains, too. Trash travels through storm drains, streams, and rivers to become bay and Gulf pollution. Picking up litter benefits you, the community, and the Gulf.

There are opportunities to help in over two dozen sites in Coastal Alabama, Over 108,000 volunteers have assisted in this event since Alabama joined the International Coastal Cleanup in 1987. Mother Nature is grateful to the many helping hands and hearts who have pitched in to benefit these priceless natural resources.
