We make every effort to run our distillery as environmentally friendly as possible We are 100% off-grid. We use local Limestone Spring water. And all of our spent grains go to a hog farm up the road to feed the animals. We are always looking for ways to reduce our energy and reuse the materials we have to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible.
