Festing in Place on WWOZ is a 4-day broadcast event co-produced with the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Archive which includes archival festival performances from an unparalleled list of performers. Sure, you can tune into WWOZ online anytime, but this very special stream will take you back to performances from Jazz Fest and other fests and icons past.

And speaking of tradition. If the graphic above for this event looks familiar, it’s because it was created by Nan Pareti, the graphic designer and festival staffer who’s been writing the iconic, hand-written signs for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival for over three decades.
