Founded in 1998, the annual, international Sarasota Film Festival offers more than 200 films – features, docs, shorts, and kid-friendly picks – including many regional premieres. SFF emphasizes the best in cinema with programs, parties, and motion picture screenings each year.

SFF further serves its mission to celebrate the art of filmmaking via year-long programs for the economic, educational, and cultural benefit of the Sarasota community. Throughout the year, they organize public screenings on Sarasota beaches and parks, as well as a classic cinema series and summer film camps.
