Pensacola 12th Night Mardi Gras Kick-Off

Join Pensacola Mardi Gras in the streets of Downtown Pensacola for the 2023 12th Night Celebration and Blessing of the Krewes!

This will be the first year in a long time that Pensacola has been able to celebrate the 12th Night on its actual date, January 6. Pensacola Mardi Gras now has over 90 Krewes, and many will be previewing their floats on this big night.

The evening begins at Seville Square with the Royal Processional & Second Line offering a blessing, proclamation, and induction into the 2023 Pensacola Mardi Gras Season. For this evening’s ritual, the Second Line is basically a parade in reverse: Floats will remain stationary, as the community walks and dances by.
