Since 1908, Gulf Coast Carnival Association is Biloxi’s home of Mardi Gras and the Mississippi Coast’s oldest and most prestigious Carnival organization. GCCA leads the way in providing the biggest and greatest free show on the Coast Mardi Gras Day.
