Los Muertos Bailan Block Party in Edinburg

The City of Edinburg, Museum of South Texas History and Area956 are joining forces to host the new Los Muertos Bailan Block Party: a pre-celebration of the Day of the Dead that will kick off with a traditional procession that will culminate at the community altar and performances at the amphitheater and museum. Other activities include luche libre, vendors, carnival rides, catrina fashion show, a Chalk Walk hosted by Area956, featuring art produced by local students and artists, and more.

This is a time to remember and celebrate the lives of our dearly departed (please, no Halloween costumes), Los Muertos Bailan is one of the largest cultural festivals the City of Edinburg hosts.
