Krewe de Canailles: There’s Something in the Water Parade
Float downtown and celebrate the thing that both gives life and makes life miserable sometimes.
You can say life on the Gulf Coast has its ups and downs, but you gotta admit, it keeps it interesting. Amazing seafood? Check. Massive oil spills? Also check. Dreamy wetlands? Yep. Refrigerators floating down the Vermilion? They got them, and who knows what else is in there! Sure it may not all be perfect. But it’s home, and there’s a lot to love. There just must be something in the water!
Membership in Krewe de Canailles 2023 includes marching in the parade and entry/food at the afterparty. No krewe necessary to marc; solo marchers always welcome!
