Juneteenth Tea for Two in Tallahassee
It’s a Southern Tea featuring two films by black queer filmmakers E. Patrick Johnson and Chisom Ukoha. Johnson’s film Sweet Tea: Black Gay Men of the South and Ukoha’s Been Tired will screen. Of course, guests should come hungry for tea and chat.
The menu includes actual sweet and unsweetened tea, sweet potato pie, southern pecan cake, peach cobbler, and sour cream pound cake. The chat part of the “tea” is up to you.
Tea and films are free, but seating is limited; please register online.
