The Juneteenth Brown Bag Lecture Series is hosted by Visit Galveston. They, along with tourism partners across the island, dig into various facets of the Juneteenth story with guest speakers, writers, and historians each month.
The lectures take place across the island at different attractions to increase the exposure of each site and allow visitors a chance to learn more about the history of the island.
