Biloxi Children’s Mardi Gras Walking Parade 2022
This walking parade for the little ones starts on Howard Avenue under the I-110 overpass and ends at city Hall where there will be a post-parade Mardi Gras celebration with art activities and refreshments as well as costume and float contests. Starts Rue Magnolia District, downtown Biloxi.
