Festivals Acadiens et Créoles 2022
Festivals Acadiens et Créoles started in 1974 as an effort to keep Cajun culture alive. It has since grown into a three-day event with an art exhibit, five stages of music, a Bayou Food Festival, Louisiana Crafts Fair, the Tour des Atakapas (5K, 10K, Duathlon), and more. There will also be a virtual edition available via FesTV.
The five music stages will feature some of the biggest names in Cajun, Zydeco, amongst other regional music, with more Rileys, Savoys, Ardoins, Ledets, Broussards, Singletons, and Toups /Road Runners, Troubadors, Bad Boys, Cha Chas, Cane Cutters, Hellraisers, and Playboys than you can shake a boudin at. Then eat.
