Ponchatoula Antique Trade Days
Ponchatoula has a long and rich history of local traditions that stretch as far as a row of strawberries in the field – and are twice as sweet.
Established as a mining camp in the 1820s, Ponchatoula has progressed into what it is now known as: The Strawberry Capital of the World. Ponchatoula Trade Days have become a staple of the town, offering the community a platform to sell antiques, collectibles, crafts, art, food, and to entertain with live music, face painting, and other children’s activities including a petting zoo. With all there is to do and see at Ponchatoula’s Trade Days, the weekend makes for a fun event for the entire family.
