Key West Headdress Ball
It’s time for the 40th Anniversary Edition of the Headdress Ball presented by The Key West Business Guild. This is the premier LGBTQ+ event of the Fantasy Fest Celebration, presented at Truman Waterfront Park.
La Te Da’s Randy Roberts opens the show and Laurie Thibaud of Aqua Idol Fame returns as the Emcee. WEOW’s Rudegirl oversees the music.. Between 12 to 15 contestants will hit the stage to show their Headdress creations, judged from the shoulders up, and vie for the first prize of $3,000.
Performances by some of Key West’s best local talent from over the years will again be featured. There is bar service and specialty wine, and food may be preordered delivered to your table.
